The application form for F.1
Discretionary Places (2009-2010) can be obtained from school in person or from
the school website (www.spslt.edu.hk) between 4 January to
2. When submitting the application form, photocopies of the following documents:
l Birth certificate and identity card
l Certificate of Baptism (if any)
l School Reports of Primary 5 and Primary 6 ONLY,
l Certificate / supporting documents for outstanding activities
l Two stamped and self-addressed envelopes
should
be arranged in order, stapled and enclosed in an A4 size envelope. Applications should be sent on or before
*Recommendation letters from primary schools are not required.
3. Selected applicants will be invited for an interview in mid March. A letter informing the applicants of interview details will be sent out in mid March 2010. Applicants not selected for interview may also be considered for admission. Parents do not need to call the school for enquiry or information.

本校2010-2011年度中一自行分配學額報名表格將於2010年1月4日至1月25日派發。表格可於本校網頁下載或親臨本校索取。

請把填妥之申請表格及下列文件之影印本，依次序填妥後放在A4大小的公文袋內，於二零一零年一月廿五日或以前遞交本校。
有關文件之影印本，包括：
l 出世紙及身份証
l 領洗紙 (已領洗天主教徒)
l 小五及小六之成績表
l 最近期或表現最優異之校內或校外活動證書 / 獎狀
l
並請附貼上郵票之回郵信封兩個。
*無需提交小學推薦信
3.
本校將於二零一零年三月中寄發面試通知, 約見教育局提供成績次第表內首250名申請人。本校亦會考慮其他申請者, 家長毋須致電學校查詢。
